PSG Player Version Shirts: Fit, Fabric & Sizing Guide
PSG player version shirts are the match-cut shirt Nike builds for the pitch. Nike moved its authentic tier from Dri-FIT ADV to Aero-FIT for 2026/27. 433FC sells replica player-version PSG shirts in that slim cut with a heat-pressed crest for $44.99, against $37.99 for the roomier fan version.
Paris Saint-Germain’s 2026/27 home shirt is made by Nike, in what the club called the 37th consecutive season of the partnership. It went on sale on 9 May 2026 and was worn on the pitch two days later in PSG’s final home Ligue 1 match of the previous campaign. The base colour is “Old Royal” — a lighter, brighter royal blue that breaks from the navy tones PSG has used for most of the last decade — with white and University Red accents.
The design detail that matters is the Hechter stripe. It returns much wider than usual, a central red band edged with thin white lines running continuously down the front and back. Widening it forced a fully centralised layout: the club crest and Nike Swoosh are stacked vertically in the middle of the chest, and Qatar Airways sits inside the stripe at unusually small scale. The inner collar carries a “Fiers de nos couleurs” graphic and there is a small French tricolour detail near the cuff.
On fabric, note the 2026 naming change. Nike has retired Dri-FIT ADV from its top tier and replaced it with Aero-FIT; PSG’s own store lists the “PSG Nike Home Aero-FIT Match Shirt 2026-27”, with Dri-FIT reserved for the Stadium replica. 433FC sells replica player-version PSG shirts, not licensed authentic Nike product, and we claim no club authorisation. What is the difference between the PSG player version and fan version?
The player version is cut close through the chest and waist with a shorter hem, a lighter engineered knit and heat-pressed branding. The fan version is relaxed and true to size in heavier polyester with a stitched or printed crest. Nike labels these Aero-FIT authentic and Dri-FIT replica; ours cost $44.99 and $37.99.

How does the PSG player version fit?
It fits tight through the chest and tapers at the waist, with a short hem and narrow sleeves. The 2026/27 shirt puts the crest, Swoosh and Qatar Airways in a vertical stack down the centre of the chest, so a clean fit matters more than usual. Size up if you want any slack.
What sizes are available in PSG player version shirts?

Why the centred crest changes how the PSG shirt should sit
Almost every club shirt puts the crest on the left chest and the maker’s mark on the right, so a slightly loose fit is invisible. PSG’s 2026/27 home shirt does not: crest, Swoosh and sponsor run in a single vertical column down the centre line. Any twist or sag pulls that column off axis and it is immediately obvious. This is the practical argument for the player-version cut on this particular shirt — it holds the centre line where the design intends it. It is also why we would not size up more than once here.
Which PSG name and number should you get?
Ousmane Dembele at 10 is the standout, having won the 2025 Ballon d’Or and then Ligue 1 Player of the Season for 2025/26. Achraf Hakimi wears 2, Khvicha Kvaratskhelia 7, Marquinhos 5 as captain, Vitinha 17, Desire Doue 14 and Bradley Barcola 29. PSG won the 2025/26 Champions League, beating Arsenal on penalties in Budapest on 30 May 2026 for back-to-back European titles, which has kept demand on the current squad unusually high.
Two cautions. Gonçalo Ramos joined AC Milan and Lee Kang-in joined Atletico Madrid this summer, so those prints are no longer current. And as of late July 2026 there is reported Saudi interest in Dembele alongside contract talks — nothing has been agreed, but it is worth knowing before you put his name on a shirt.
Is the PSG player version worth it?
It is worth it if you want the lighter shirt or you play in it, and PSG is a strong case because the widened Hechter stripe sits straighter on the tighter cut. If you want the design for casual wear or need 4XL, the fan version is $7 cheaper and stocked in a wider size run.
Caring for the Hechter stripe
The red band running down the centre of the PSG shirt sits against Old Royal blue and white, which is a combination that shows dye migration quickly if you wash warm. Cold wash, inside out, no bleach, and dry on a hanger. The Qatar Airways mark is heat-pressed unusually small on this shirt, so it is more vulnerable than a large sponsor block — keep an iron away from the stripe entirely.
