PSG’s next third shirt may lean hard into red. An exclusive from Footy Headlines, published on 21 October 2026, says the club’s 2027-28 third kit will again come from Nike’s Jordan brand, and that its main colour will be a dark red.

The report names the shade “Tough Red” and describes it as wine-like. It sits next to “Laser Crimson”, a much brighter and more intense red. Black is said to appear on the logos and as a contrast detail.

Red is not new to this club. It has been part of PSG’s identity since the start, and it was the main home colour in the early 1970s. It has also returned on alternative shirts, such as the 2004-05 away and the 2025-26 third. What makes this leak different, according to the report, is the depth of the colour: it would be the first time a dark red this deep leads a PSG kit.
