This is an early colour report. The picture above is a graphic built from the reported shades, and the site’s second graphic splits the same colours in a different way. Neither split should be read as the pattern on the finished shirt.

Puma’s Milan contract ends on 30 June 2028, with Adidas lined up to replace it, so 27-28 would be Puma’s last set of Rossoneri kits.

Colourway. Dark Umber is described as a brown so deep it comes close to black. Court Gray sits in the middle of the grey scale, with no obvious warmth or coolness to it.

Red details. The leaping cat and the outer ring of the crest are expected in a bright red, along with other applications the report doesn’t list. Against those dark shades, that red should do most of the work in linking the shirt to Milan.

Everything else. The report says nothing about the collar, cuffs or sponsor, and it mentions no special crest.

How It Compares

The current third shirt is already dark with red trim, so the broad idea would carry over. The change is in the base: this season’s black gives way to a brown and grey pairing that looks less like a matchday shirt and more like something worn off the pitch.
