The Leak

Tottenham’s 2027-28 home shirt may carry a medieval battle scene. Footy Headlines first reported the 2027-28 home design on Friday 2 October 2026, describing a white Nike shirt with a light grey graphic running across it.

On 22 October 2026 the site explained the graphic: it is a tribute to Sir Henry Percy, nicknamed Hotspur. He was killed at the Battle of Shrewsbury in 1403, fighting against King Henry IV. The club was founded in 1882 as Hotspur Football Club, so the link to the name is direct.

The image above has two halves. On the left is a black-and-white illustration of armoured knights on horseback, labelled “Battle of Shrewsbury, 1403”. On the right, labelled “2027”, is a fan mock-up carrying a “Myach Lab” watermark and a Telegram tag. It shows a white shirt covered in a pale grey print of battle figures. It is a concept, and there is no confirmation yet from Tottenham or Nike.

Colourway

White stays as the base. The supporting colour is Binary Blue, a deep navy. According to the report, Binary Blue was the main accent on the previous three home kits, which would make 27-28 the fourth season in a row with the same shade.

Crest and logos

In the mock-up, the Swoosh and the cockerel crest are both navy, so they match the navy trim. A fan graphic is only a guide, so the real crest colours and placement could differ. No sponsor is visible in the mock-up, and the report does not name one.

Collar and cuffs

The mock-up shows a navy fold-over collar and navy sleeve cuffs. The report does not describe the collar, so treat these as unconfirmed.

The all-over graphic

The print is the headline feature. It is a light grey scene from the Battle of Shrewsbury, spread across the whole shirt. How much of the scene appears on the real shirt is not known.

How It Compares

Navy detailing has become the Spurs home norm, so the colours are familiar. The print is the change.
