Best 2027/28 Leaked Kits, Ranked: Top 10 So Far
As of 11 October 2026, the best leaked 2027/28 kit is Aston Villa’s adidas home shirt, a modern take on the 1995-97 Reebok design. Chelsea’s gold-trimmed Nike home is second, followed by Ajax’s cream Bob Marley away. All ten are reports from Footy Headlines, unconfirmed by clubs and not on sale yet.
As of 11 October 2026, Aston Villa’s leaked 2027/28 home shirt is our pick as the best design reported so far, ahead of Chelsea’s gold-trimmed home and Ajax’s cream Bob Marley away. We ranked ten 2027/28 kits that have leaked in the past six weeks. None has been confirmed by a club or manufacturer, and none is on sale yet.
How did we rank the leaked 2027/28 kits?
Every kit below comes from a Footy Headlines report or the designers and insiders it cites, collected in our own leak posts. Some leaks are full renders, others are colour descriptions only, so we scored the described idea: how distinctive the concept is, how clean the palette sounds, whether the story makes sense and how wearable it should be off the pitch. Treat this as an opinion on reports, not on finished shirts. Expect the order to change when clubs reveal the real thing in 2027.
The top 10 leaked 2027/28 kits
1. Aston Villa home – adidas
A modern take on the 1995-97 Reebok home shirt, reportedly with contrast collar detailing and tonal patterns. Release is reported for May or July 2027. Read the Aston Villa 27-28 home kit leak and its away and third companion, or browse Aston Villa shirts.
2. Chelsea home – Nike
The bright blue of this season stays, with Mead Gold on the standalone lion crest and the centred Swoosh, plus checkerboard sleeve cuffs. It would be the first gold on a Chelsea home shirt since 2012-13, and Footy Headlines rates the leak above 95% accurate. Details in our Chelsea 27-28 home kit post; see the current Chelsea range.
3. Ajax away – adidas
A cream shirt with rasta-colour details, a Three Little Birds graphic and the Amsterdam city flag, a nod to Bob Marley. Few leaks this year have a clearer story. It is reported for summer 2027. See the Ajax Bob Marley away kit leak or the Ajax category.
4. Arsenal third – adidas
Predominantly black, a colour Arsenal have only worn four times before, with gold accents rumoured. The brief is reportedly a fashion-forward, lifestyle-ready shirt in the mould of Juventus’s 2024-25 third. Expected in August 2027. Our Arsenal 27-28 third kit post has the detail, and the away kit leak covers the white and mint shirt. Browse Arsenal shirts.
5. Marseille away – adidas
Light blue with white on the V-neck, cuffs and three shoulder stripes, the Trefoil on the right chest and a classic OM crest on the left. It is the club’s first away shirt since returning to adidas, with release expected in July 2027. Read the Marseille 27-28 away kit leak or visit Marseille shirts.
6. Inter Milan home – Nike
The blue and black stripes stay, but a snake-style gradient blends them into each other. Yellow piping and white logos complete it, a rare pairing of both accent colours on an Inter home shirt. Release is expected in May 2027. See the Inter 27-28 home kit leak and the Inter Milan category.
7. Benfica away – adidas
A mostly white shirt with black and red accents, inspired by the 2008-09 away, with the classic Trefoil logo. Understated and easy to wear. Release is reported for summer 2027. Our Benfica 27-28 away kit post has more, and the third kit leak covers the black shirt. Browse Benfica shirts.
8. Manchester United away – adidas
An off-white base called Ecru Tint, a monochrome crest, black logos and red detailing, themed on Northern Soul and Manchester’s subculture. No images exist yet, so this ranks on the concept alone. Launch is expected around May 2027. Read the Man Utd 27-28 away kit leak, the third kit leak or browse Manchester United shirts.
9. River Plate away – adidas
The club’s red sash on a black base with white logos, a special retro CAPR crest and the Trefoil. A separate lifestyle jersey reportedly pays homage to the 1986 away kit. Release is expected in summer 2027. See the River Plate 27-28 away kit leak or the River Plate category.
10. Fenerbahçe home – adidas
Navy with yellow-and-navy striped sleeves and a 1980s-90s feel. The away is reportedly white with Tribe Yellow and the Trefoil, and the third dark navy with neon Hi-Res Yellow details. The home and away are due in summer 2027. Read the Fenerbahçe 27-28 kits post or browse Fenerbahçe shirts.

Which leaked kits just missed the top 10?
Barcelona’s Blue Void and Deep Garnet home (rated 80% accurate), Liverpool’s white and lime third and checkered Kop-flag home, PSG’s blurred-gradient Hechter stripe and Roma’s centenary shirts honouring the clubs that merged in 1927 (Fortitudo away, Alba-Audace third) all came close. On the supplier side, Footy Headlines reports that Nike will keep its 2026 World Cup template for home and away shirts, covered in our Nike 27-28 template post.
Can you buy these 2027/28 kits yet?
No. Nothing here is a retail product, and clubs usually unveil kits between May and August. In the meantime, the current seasons are in stock: see our best 2026/27 away kits, best 2026/27 third kits and the October power ranking. Shipping is $5, or free on two or more items. We are an independent retailer of replica supporter shirts, not affiliated with any club, league or manufacturer.
Are leaked football kits usually accurate?
It varies. Renders from established insiders often land close to the final shirt, and Footy Headlines gives some of them an accuracy rating, such as 80% or above 95%. Colour-only reports, and anything marked as a prediction, are the least reliable. Clubs change details such as collars, sponsors and graphics late, so treat every leak here as provisional.
