Barcelona confirmed their first-team jersey numbers for 2026/27 on 2 September 2026. Gabriel Jesus inherits the No. 9 left vacant by Robert Lewandowski, Anthony Gordon takes No. 17, and João Cancelo takes No. 2. Below is the full list, plus what changed and why.

Gabriel Jesus wears No. 9. The Brazilian arrived from Arsenal on 1 September 2026, for a reported €10m plus €4m in add-ons, and stepped straight into the shirt left vacant by Robert Lewandowski, who joined Chicago Fire on a free transfer on 1 July 2026.
