Leaked: Arsenal 27-28 Teamwear Kit, Plain Red and White

TL;DR

• A leak says adidas will sell a cheaper teamwear fan shirt for Arsenal from 2027-28, built on its entry-level Squadra 25 template.
• The reported look is a plain red shirt with white Three Stripes, white cuffs and a white cannon crest, and no sponsor is mentioned.
• Nothing is confirmed: the pictures are digital mockups, and a price of around €40 is only the expectation.

The Leak

Arsenal fans may soon have a second kind of home shirt to choose from. According to Footy Headlines, adidas wants to widen what it offers for its elite clubs from the 2027-28 season, adding lower-priced “takedown” teamwear jerseys for supporters, and Arsenal is said to be one of the clubs on the list.

The base is the Squadra 25 template. That is adidas’ entry-level teamwear shirt, the successor to Squadra 21, which is mostly seen in grassroots football. In plain terms, this would be an everyday club shirt cut from the cheapest adidas pattern, rather than a design drawn specially for Arsenal.

Treat it as a leak. Neither the club nor adidas has said anything, and the pictures were not taken from a product shoot. They were produced digitally with FIFA Kit Creator.

The body is solid red with no pattern, which keeps the look close to the club’s traditional colour. The white Three Stripes run across the shoulders, and the sleeves finish in white cuffs split by a thin red horizontal stripe.

Across the chest, the stripped-back cannon crest takes the left side while the current adidas wordmark takes the right. Both are in white. Because the crest is reduced to a simple outline, the whole shirt reads as clean and minimal rather than busy.

The report does not mention a sponsor, so the front looks empty by Premier League standards. That fits the idea of a budget shirt, where the template does most of the work and the club adds only its badge.

How It Compares

The clearest contrast is with a normal match replica. A matchday shirt is designed around one club and one season, while this teamwear version borrows a shared template. Our write-up of the 26/27 third kit release shows how much more design work goes into a standard club kit.

It also sits apart from the rest of the 27-28 rumours. The 27-28 away kit leak and the 27-28 third kit leak cover bespoke designs, whereas this one is a cheaper add-on.

For scale, plain unbranded Squadra 25 shirts have a recommended retail price of €23. The club edition would cost more than that, but the leak positions it as a cheap alternative at roughly €40.

When Can You Buy It?

The expectation is that it arrives ahead of the 2027-28 campaign, with similar Squadra 25 shirts planned for several other adidas elite clubs. No date or final price has been given, so there is nothing firmer to add yet.

To be clear about what we sell: 433FC does not stock teamwear. We sell replica Arsenal match shirts. If you want one now, the 2026/27 home kit, the third jersey in player version and the kids third kit are all listed, and the full Arsenal collection has the rest.

Is this the real kit?

Not yet. Footy Headlines reports the plan, but the images are digital mockups made with FIFA Kit Creator, not product photos. Neither Arsenal nor adidas has confirmed the design, so details may change.

When does it release?

No date has been reported. The shirt is expected before the 2027-28 season begins, alongside similar Squadra 25 shirts for other adidas elite clubs. The price is also unconfirmed, though about €40 is expected.
