Released 7 June 2026, Sanfrecce’s pairing is the most culturally specific kit set in Asia. The home is all-purple, carrying subtle V-shaped graphics inspired by Bingo-gasuri, a traditional textile unique to the Hiroshima area. The away is silver for the first time in the club’s history, an explicit homage to the frying pans and spatulas used to cook Hiroshima okonomiyaki, with the round-with-a-V collar seen on Nike’s 2026 Elite kits. 2. Yokohama F. Marinos — Home (Adidas)

Available from 5 July 2026 and dubbed Tricolore Aura, the Marinos home shirt is a royal blue base defined by deliberately asymmetric graphics: a bold red swirling flame pattern on the right side of the torso and right sleeve, answered by a white wave-like graphic on the left sleeve. 3. Kashima Antlers — Home and away (Nike)

Released 19 June 2026, Kashima’s home is a quarters design evolved from the club’s 2016 half-and-half shirt, commemorating a decade since their run to the FIFA Club World Cup final under the concept NEXT TEN. The away is the better story: predominantly white, finished with yellow and green sleeve cuffs — the colours of Brazil — in honour of Zico, whose arrival built the modern club. 4. Kawasaki Frontale — 30th Anniversary (Puma)

Released 2 July 2026 for the club’s 30th anniversary, this is a classic vertical striped shirt reviving a look from Frontale’s past, combining traditional light blue and black in a clean stripe pattern that fans have compared to Gremio. 5. Kyoto Sanga — Home (Puma)

Unveiled 15 June 2026 with domestic pre-orders from 1 July, Kyoto’s home is entirely purple, and the craft is at the edges: a specially woven knit material on the collar and sleeve cuffs displays a phoenix motif. Released 26 June 2026 in step with the league’s move to autumn-spring, Urawa’s home is a red base carrying a subtle zigzag lightning pattern down the front — understated enough to work as a plain red shirt at distance, distinct enough up close. Released 28 June 2026, Nagoya’s set is built around the Grampus Triple Helix concept — the intertwined DNA of the players, the supporters, and the city of Nagoya and Aichi Prefecture. The defining feature is the front striping: twelve distinct stripes, symbolising the unity of the Grampus family and the club’s history since the inception of the J.League. 11. Shimizu S-Pulse — Home (Puma)

Released 26 June 2026, Shimizu’s shirt brings back the club’s iconic globe map design, a staple of their most historic uniforms, displayed prominently across the front. It launched under the theme From Shimizu to the World. It is a straightforward heritage pull rather than a new idea, but the globe is one of the most recognisable graphics in Japanese football and it has been away too long.
