When will I receive my order?

Delivery to most physical addresses takes 10-25 business days.

For customized or special orders, processing takes an additional 2-4 days.

Orders with fewer than 10 shirts or under 2kg are usually shipped as a single package. If your order exceeds this, it will be shipped in multiple packages.

What should I do if an item is missing, defective, or incorrect?

In rare cases, orders may be delayed, lost in transit, or held by customs. If your package is lost, we will resend it free of charge to ensure you receive your order.
